	Johann van Huyssteen - B.Comm, B.Proc, LLB, LLM In 1993, Johann and a partner started their own law practice. Apart from a B.Comm Degree he has three law degrees one of which is a Masters Degree in Commercial Law. He attended various financial, business and legal courses including studies in Advanced Negotiation at Harvard Law School in Cambridge, Massachusetts, USA. He has initiated various businesses as entrepreneur, and was nominated Entrepreneur of the Year in 1989. He is now a senior practising attorney and specialises in the Law of Contract and Commercial Law.
	Hesther Diemont - B. Comm, LLB Hesther completed her B.Comm and LLB degrees at the University of Pretoria. She was admitted as an attorney of the High Court as well as a conveyancer in 1998 and as a notary in 1999. She was a director of a medium sized law firm for 7 years (in which she co-headed the Conveyancing Department) before joining Van Huyssteens. She specialises in Conveyancing and Property related matters as well as the administration of estates. Hesther joined the firm as a partner on 1 September 2006.
	Pieter Fouché - B.Comm, LLB Pieter obtained his B.Comm and LLB degrees from the University of the North West (Potchefstroom Campus), then the Potchefstroom University for Christian Higher Education. He commenced articles at a firm in Pretoria and was admitted as an attorney in March 2004. Pieter joined Van Huyssteens in November 2008 and was appointed as partner in March 2009. He specializes in Commercial Litigation and Labour Law, and obtained his advanced diploma in the latter from the University of Pretoria in 2009.
	Owen Kriek - LLB, LLM Owen graduated from the University of Pretoria with LLB Degree and later obtained a Masters Degree in Commercial Law. He was, amongst other achievements, on the Dean's Merit Roll and a member of the Golden Key International Honours Society. After being admitted as an attorney he stayed with the firm where he completed his articles as a junior attorney, specialising in Commercial and Civil litigation, Commercial Drafting and Corporate (commercial) matters. As commercial attorney he continued studies in IFRS accountancy. Owen joined Van Huyssteens in September 2007 in the Commercial Department, was promoted to associate in 2008 and was made partner in June 2010.
	Inge van Graan - BComm, LLB, BComm (Hons) Business Management Inge obtained her BComm and LLB degrees from the University of Pretoria in 2006 and 2009 respectively. She commenced articles in 2009 and completed a BComm (Hons) Business Management degree in 2010. Inge was admitted as an attorney in July 2011 and joined van Huyssteens in August 2011 as junior attorney in the commercial department.
	Larey van der Westhuizen - LLB Larey obtained his LLB degree from the University of South Africa and joined the commercial department at Van Huyssteens as a candidate attorney. He brought with him almost 15 years’ practical business experience and international exposure in corporate governance, labour relations and commercial law.
	Kelly Ditchfield - LLB Kelly obtained her LLB degree from the University of Pretoria in 2009. She commenced with her second year of articles at Van Huyssteens Commercial Attorneys during January 2011 and has experience in Civil as well as Criminal Litigation. Kelly was admitted as an attorney of the High Court in November 2011. As part of Van Huyssteens’ litigation department, she focuses on corporate and commercial litigation.
	Morné Stevenson - B.Proc, Dip: Advanced Labour Law, LLM - Consultant Morné completed his BProc and Masters degree at the University of Pretoria. He commenced his articles at Van Huyssteens Commercial Attorneys in April 1997 and was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court in June 1999. He continued his employment with the firm as a Professional Assistant in the Litigation Department and became a partner in Sept 2003. Morné currently acts as consultant to the firm.
